Lomi Lomi is experienced to be deeply relaxing, soothing, helping to bring a clarity to mind and alleviation of tension and pain.

- Hot Stone Massage (LaStone Therapy) -

Stones of all shapes, sizes and varying temperatures, ranging from zero to 140 degrees, are used during a Hot Stone massage to evoke physical healing, mental relaxation, and a grounding connection to earth energy. Hot stones encourage the exchange of blood and lymph while providing soothing heat for deep-tissue work. Cold stones aid with inflammation, moving blood out of the area. Stones are placed in varying positions on the body for energy balancing. They may also be used by the therapist for specific trigger-point work. The alternating heat and cold of thermotherapy brings the entire body into the healing process, with a rapid exchange of blood and oxygen, alternating the rise and fall of respiration rate as the body seeks homeostasis.

An initial appointment is required to complete necessary intake forms and to receive a FREE 15 minute orientation to our equipment. We recommend a private session with one of our staff to create a program to fit your needs and to achieve your individual goals.
